About Victoria

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected in your postpartum body… which is exactly why I created Aligned Ambition so you don’t have to rebuild your strength and confidence alone. I started my journey in college, healing from an abusive relationship and searching for something that made me feel strong again.

I found that strength through fitness and through a community of women who were committed to becoming their best selves. That moment changed everything for me. Years later, after becoming a mother, I experienced another transformation, navigating the challenges of postpartum while reconnecting with my body and identity once again.

Through it all, I’ve learned that true transformation isn’t just physical. It’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science, with over five years of experience as a personal trainer and two years as an online coach.

That’s why I created Aligned Ambition: to help women like you build strength, confidence, and alignment in every season of life. Whether you’re rebuilding, reinventing, or just ready for more, I’m here to walk with you.

This is a personalized online fitness coaching program aimed at helping you lose weight, build strength, and improve overall health. The program includes tailored workout plans, nutritional guidance, and ongoing support to ensure your success.

You’ll get structured, progressive workouts (home or gym) that align with your body, energy, and ambition. Each phase is designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and in control of your journey.

Custom Nutrition
Guidance

We don’t do “one size fits all” here. You’ll get a flexible nutrition framework that’s built around your goals, preferences, and schedule. Including high-protein meal guidance, macro education, or portion-based plans (depending on your comfort level). Whether you’re a busy mom, working professional, or navigating hormonal changes, we keep it real, doable, and sustainable.

What is this program?

This is a high-level coaching experience designed to help you build strength, confidence, and lasting results inside and out. You’ll receive personalized workout programming, flexible nutrition guidance, 1:1 support, and mindset tools to help you stop starting over and finally feel aligned in your body and life. This isn’t a cookie-cutter plan. It’s a fully customized journey built around you.

Not at all. I create your plan based on what you have access to, whether that’s a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or nothing at all. Your workouts are tailored to your lifestyle, your goals, and your comfort level. You don’t need fancy equipment. You just need to show up for you.

Results will always look different for each woman, but you can expect to build lean muscle, burn fat, feel stronger physically and mentally, improve energy, confidence, and consistency, and create a sustainable routine that fits your life. Most importantly, you’ll stop relying on willpower and start creating a lifestyle that actually lasts.

Yes. Many of my clients are busy moms, working professionals, or just prefer the flexibility of training at home. Your plan will be customized to your space, schedule, and energy, and I’ll be guiding you every step of the way.

Every woman’s body responds differently, but most of my clients start noticing changes in energy, strength, and confidence within the first few weeks. Visible physical results often follow within 6–8 weeks when paired with consistency in workouts, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
